Brian Skaggs is a Senior Stop Loss Specialist with Sun Life, the largest independent stop loss carrier in the US. In his role, Brian works to provide financial protection for groups with self-funded medical plans and to help fully insured employers make the transition to self-funded plans.
Brian is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He has earned the designation of Certified Self-Funding Specialist and has been with Sun Life for over 16 years. Brian lives in Northern California with his wife and 5 year old daughter.
